Decoration Loft style emerged in New York City during the 1950s, mainly in the neighborhoods of Tribeca, Soho and West neighborhood. The loft stand out as being a great space with few divisions, large windows with great brightness.
Factories or stores in desuetude have turned into luxurious, spacious and comfortable housings for certain sectors of the population.Currently, families reside with avant-garde life and of high social and economic level.
Open housing, without walls in a minimalist style, comfortable and functional furniture, natural lighting, natural light, a feeling of openness and space structures, straight and simple geometric shapes.
The materials most used in the loft are metal, cement, aluminum, glass, concrete, plastic and rubber. We saw it in a very creative loft that we show.
