The house is located in Pape and Danforth neighborhood in Toronto with its box-like looking. It’s a dynamic living space in 2,100 sq. ft. The house sits in a small lot with a narrow plan. It may be looking dark and gloomy from the outside, but it’s really bright and soft from the inside.  That’s why their architecture is describing it as a “coconut”.
